We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

*We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Giant, and Ocean State Job Lot.
*While we do not provide on-site laundry, Wind Gap Laundry and Tanning is a short 2-minute drive away and provides full-service laundry and dry cleaning.
*Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for $50 per unit per cleaning. This is not a full cleaning but includes a turnover of linen/towels and a light overall cleaning. For stays over 2 weeks, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 2 weeks with fees paid prior to check-in.
*Rates are for up to 12 guests. $15/guest/night additional fee if over 12, up to the max occupancy allowed.
We require the guest making the reservation to have his/her Airbnb profile 100% verified. After making the reservation, a rental agreement will be sent to you. Please review and e-sign the rental agreement and send us your government-issued photo ID to complete the booking (Airbnb does not share your ID with us).

You will need a vehicle to get around. We strongly recommend that you travel in a 4WD/AWD vehicle during the winter season as we are located in the mountains and some roads/driveways are sloped and can get very icy.
